- Baby & Infant (ages 0–3)
- PreSchool (ages 3–6)
- SchoolKids (ages 6–10)
- Teenager & Adults (ages 10 and up)
- Startup (companies less than 5 years old)
- Sustainability (sustainable products or concepts)

Application process:
1. Registration of your product(s) by November 24, 2025
2. Review and selection of products by the ToyAward Jury
3. Notification of acceptance or rejection by Spielwarenmesse eG between December 1–5, 2025
4. Shipment of your product(s) by December 23, 2025
